青紅蘿蔔湯


因為天氣太熱,所以已經有幾個禮拜冇煲老火湯。不過,超鍾意飲湯o既我,終於忍唔住要煲返個湯=P 之前買咗啲姬松茸同蟲草花,最啱就係煲啲菜/瓜類o既湯。今次揀咗青紅蘿蔔...冇咩特別原因,純粹好耐冇飲過~




青蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔、姬松茸、蟲草花、瘦肉、蜜棗、南北杏



1. 青紅蘿蔔清洗後去皮及切件
2. 將所有材料同煲,水沸後收慢火再煲2-3小時
